Cheating on the hCG diet – how to do it without wasting all your hard work

Unfortunately there may be moments during your hCG journey when you might feel like you need to cheat. Bad food habits take time to break. Fluctuating hormones and stressful life experiences can seriously impact whether you have the resolve to continue on the program in a particular moment – or give up.

I do not recommend cheating. The best results come from following this program to the letter. However if you do need to cheat, I’d like to give you some of the best options. Doing a little ‘healthy’ cheat like my ideas below may offer some relief in a moment of weakness. Consider a healthy cheat before you are tempted to go down a path you may not return from. One that may involve a piece of cake, chocolate bar or bag of chips.

Here are my best hcg diet cheats:

– Add ‘slim me’ zero carbohydrate noodles to your meals
– Sprinkle some stevia onto strawberries
– Add some extra vegetables or a little extra protein to one of your meals
– Eat an extra piece of fruit – an orange, apple or small container of berries
– Eat some raw carrot or tomato
– Make a protein shake

Adding these foods take the edge off during a weak moment and hopefully help you to avoid a full-blown binge. You don’t want to ruin all your hard work. Keep the end goal in mind and remember that a small cheat is just a slight move off-course – you definitely haven’t blown it, just keep heading in the right direction.
