Returns & Refunds Policy

The hCG Diet Australia provides a 14-day returns policy from date of purchase.

Products must be returned unopened and in the same condition it was received. 

Please do not sign in to the customer portal as once it is accessed, it is considered that you have opened the program and will not be eligible for a refund.  

A refund will not be given until the goods have been returned undamaged. 

We will not refund the cost of the outbound or return postage. 

We will not refund if the return package is lost, or the goods are damaged in transit. 

Please include a copy of your invoice, name, email address and phone number. 

Please note:  Digital products are NOT eligible for refund after they have been downloaded.

Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt and will only be transmitted via the same means of payment.

The hCG Diet Australia cannot be held responsible for any fees, delays, lost packages or other delivery issues that may result from incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses. 

We cannot change the delivery address once we hand over the order to Australia Post.  Unclaimed packages will not be refunded and will usually be returned to us by Australia Post. 

If your order is incorrect due to an error by The hCG Diet Australia, we will rectify the issue at no charge or refund in full.  Please contact us immediately if the product is damaged, so we can arrange a solution.

We are unable to offer a product refund if you have been advised by your healthcare professional to stop taking the product.  Please check with your healthcare professional prior to purchase, especially if you have a pre-existing condition.
