  • 60 gm Tempeh finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemongrass finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1 tsp lime rind finely grated
  • Chilli flakes to your liking
  • 2 Iceberg Lettuce leaves


  • Combine tempeh, rind, juice and spices in a large bowl and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture evenly among lettuce leaves.
