- 60 gm Tempeh finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Lemongrass finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger powder
- 1 tsp lime rind finely grated
- Chilli flakes to your liking
- 2 Iceberg Lettuce leaves
- Combine tempeh, rind, juice and spices in a large bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture evenly among lettuce leaves.
