Stewed Spicy Beef

  • 100 gm Lean minced beef
  • 1 Large tomato
  • 2 Cups of water
  • Season to taste i.e. Spices such as chilli powder, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, Himalayan salt.


  • Grill beef on grill tray to remove all excess fat, then crumble or cut into small pieces.
  • Place beef, tomato, water and seasoning in to crock pot or sauce pan. Bring to boil and then turn down heat and simmer for at least 1 hour.
  • Can be stewed in crock pot all day long if desired.
