This is a quick chocolate mousse that you can use for an occasional treat or dinner party dessert. Definitely can be part of your /maintenance eating program. The recipe provides high protein with low GI fruit.


  • 1 scoop “Chocolate Protein” powder
  • 2 tablespoons thickened cream
  • 8 raspberries


Simply mix the cream and “Chocolate Protein” powder. Spoon into 2 bowls and refrigerate.

When serving add the raspberries to both desserts.
