  • 100 gm peeled fresh prawns
  • 1/4 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • dash onion powder
  • Garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth or water (broth gives it more flavour)


  • In saucepan sauté minced garlic in the lemon juice and vegetable broth.
  • Add dry ingredients.
  • Add prawns and cook till pink or 5-7 minutes.
