Ingredients
- 100 g cooked chicken breast diced or shredded
- Chopped spinach (allowed amount)
- 2 - 3 cups broth
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil, then simmer 20 minutes. Serve.
