Ingredients:

  • 100 grams cooked chicken breast diced or shredded
  • Chopped spinach (allowed amount)
  • 2 – 3 cups of broth
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Put all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil, then simmer 20 minutes. Serve.
