Ingredients

  • 100 g cooked chicken breast diced or shredded
  • Chopped spinach (allowed amount)
  • 2 - 3 cups broth
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil, then simmer 20 minutes. Serve.
