Apples (red or green)
Cinnamon for dusting (optional)
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 110°C
Line baking tray with baking paper
Core the apples, then slice using a mandolin (or cut with a knife) Place on the tray and sprinkle with cinnamon if using.
Cook for 1 hour, turn the apple slices over and cook for one more hour.
Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
Once cool, split into 2 small airtight containers and you have 2 snacks ready to go.
