Ingredients

  • 2 Apples (red or green)
  • Cinnamon for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 110°C
  • Line baking tray with baking paper
  • Core the apples, then slice using a mandolin (or cut with a knife) Place on the tray and sprinkle with cinnamon if using.
  • Cook for 1 hour, turn the apple slices over and cook for one more hour.
  • Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
  • Once cool, split into 2 small airtight containers and you have 2 snacks ready to go.
