- 2 Apples (red or green)
- Cinnamon for dusting (optional)
- Pre-heat oven to 110°C
- Line baking tray with baking paper
- Core the apples, then slice using a mandolin (or cut with a knife) Place on the tray and sprinkle with cinnamon if using.
- Cook for 1 hour, turn the apple slices over and cook for one more hour.
- Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
- Once cool, split into 2 small airtight containers and you have 2 snacks ready to go.
