Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Handful spinach
  • 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
  • 1 Serve of good quality low carb protein powder
  • 1 Date, pitted
  • 200 ml Your choice of milk (coconut, almond, soy, or cashew)
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Nut butter (cashew, almond)
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a high-powered blender and serve over ice.
