Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Avocado
- Handful spinach
- 1 tbsp Hemp seeds
- 1 Serve of good quality low carb protein powder
- 1 Date, pitted
- 200 ml Your choice of milk (coconut, almond, soy, or cashew)
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Nut butter (cashew, almond)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a high-powered blender and serve over ice.
