Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe strawberries quartered
  • 8 blueberries
  • 4 almonds
  • 1 tbsp LSA
  • 1 tbsp Jalna biodynamic natural yoghurt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

  • Rinse your fruit well and trim.
  • Place fruit, nuts, LSA and yoghurt in your breakfast bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon (helps keep your blood sugar balanced).
