Protein Pancakes with Berries
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Coconut oil or butter for frying
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Handful of fresh strawberries
Mix eggs, protein powder, and baking powder in a large bowl, add the water or almond milk a little at a time until the batter is of pancake consistency.
Heat oil or butter in a frying pan and pour in the batter to create a small pancake, they are ready to flip when bubbles start forming on top.
Serve with fresh strawberries, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
