Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 180° C. (160°c fan forced)
Hollow out tomato reserving the insides to add to the sauce Mix the tempeh with the rest of the spices.
Stuff the tomato with tempeh and bake for 20 -25 minutes.
Puree Tomato insides with remaining sauce ingredients.
Warm in a small pan for 2-4 min’s and pour over baked tomato Garnish with Coriander.
