Tempeh, cubed

Pinch of garlic powder

Cabbage Leaves
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 180° C. (160°c fan forced)
Blanch cabbage leaves.
In a non-stick pan, brown Tempeh with seasonings.
Spoon Tempeh mixture into cabbage leaves, tuck in ends, and roll-up.
Place rolls into a casserole dish and add stock powder (Dissolve 1 tsp of stock powder in 50 ml of water)
Pour over rolls and bake for 20 minutes.
