Thai Lime & Sesame Stir-fry

- 100 gm Beef, diced
- 1 tsp Ginger, minced
- 1 Garlic clove, crushed
- 1 1/2 tbsp Liquid aminos
- 70 gm Bean sprouts
- 70 gm Mushrooms, sliced
- 70 gm Snow peas
- 70 gm Capsicum, sliced
- 1/2 cup Flaked almonds
- 1 1/2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
Sauté beef with ginger, garlic, and liquid aminos until brown.
Add vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Place in a serving bowl, sprinkle with almonds.
Dress with lime juice & sesame oil.
