Minced beef

Brown onion, finely chopped

Clove garlic, crushed

Mixed herbs
thyme, rosemary

Coconut flour

Egg yolk
Salt & pepper to taste
Olive oil
Lettuce, tomato and cucumber for serving
Instructions
Mix all ingredients (except the Olive Oil) together to form a beef Pattie.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes
Place olive oil into fry pan on a medium heat
Add patties and cook until brown on both sides.
Serve with lettuce, tomato, and sliced cucumber.
