No Bun Beef Burgers

  • 100 gm Minced beef
  • 1/4 Brown onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs thyme, rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Lettuce, tomato and cucumber for serving


  • Mix all ingredients (except the Olive Oil) together to form a beef Pattie.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes
  • Place olive oil into fry pan on a medium heat
  • Add patties and cook until brown on both sides.
  • Serve with lettuce, tomato, and sliced cucumber.
