Ingredients

Deep-sea white fish or prawns

Small stick lemongrass

Very small qty ginger

Small kefir lime leaves

Fish stock

Juice of a lime
Small amount of chilli, spring onions, and coriander.
Instructions
Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until a nice consistency.
Take out and roll into 3-4 balls.
Cook in fry pan, until brown.
Serve on a bed of allowed vegetable of your choice and some Thai vinaigrette.
