Instructions
In a zip lock bag combine the shallots, rosemary, thyme & garlic.
Add chicken breast and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Remove chicken from the bag and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then coat chicken with the herb mixture.
Heat a non-stick skillet pan over medium-high heat, add chicken and cook until done. You can add a dab of water to stop the chicken from sticking.
Serve.
