Veal with Basil and Tomatoes

- 100 gm Veal steak
- 2 Small tomatoes cut into 8 pieces
- 4 Basil leaves shredded
- 3-4 Peppercorns
- 3-4 Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Each of chilli flakes, garlic granules, onion granules, pink salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Coriander to serve
Place tomatoes, lemon juice and basil in a container and shake, leave to marinade in the fridge during the day.
Beat the steak with a tenderiser (or rolling pin) until flat.
Grind all seasonings together and rub all over the steak.
Rest in the refrigerator during the day.
Plate the tomatoes and dress with coriander.
Dry fry the veal in a griddle pan for 2-3 minutes each side (or to taste).
Place on top of tomatoes to serve
