Put chicken in sauté pan with 2 tablespoons Braggs, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder.
Cook chicken, add water to de-glaze pan and to keep chicken moist.
While chicken is cooking, in another large pan add water and bring to the boil.
Add cabbage leaves, one at a time until leaf is tender and pliable. When done, set aside to cool.
Once chicken is completely cooked remove from pan and cut up. Keep the juice from the cooked chicken, add garlic, 1 tablespoon mustard, organic beef or chicken stock, bring to the boil and cook apple in this mixture.
Once apples are tender return the chopped chicken and mix together.
Take steamed cabbage leaves, spoon in chicken and apple mixture and roll into wraps.
