• 100 grams lean ground beef
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2 cups of water
  • Season to taste with spices such as Chilli Powder, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper, Himalayan Salt.


Grill beef on grill tray, remove all excess fat, then crumble or cut into small pieces.

Place beef, tomato, water and seasoning in to crock pot or sauce pan. Bring to boil and then turn down heat and simmer for at least 1 hour.

Can be stewed in crock pot all day long if desired.
