Spicy Coriander White Fish

  • 100 gm White fish
  • 1/2 Juice of lemon
  • 1/2 cup Coriander
  • 3 Cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Sambel olek
  • 1 tbsp Water


  • Preheat oven 200c.
  • In food processor, combine coriander, garlic, sambel olek.
  • Start to pulse, add water as necessary until desired consistency.
  • Place fish in baking dish or non-stick baking paper.
  • Squeeze on fresh lemon juice and top with coriander mix.
  • Bake for 10-20 minutes depending on thickness, until fish flakes.
