Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Handful of leafy greens
- Salt and pepper to season
Instructions
- Melt butter on medium heat, crack the eggs into the pan, using a spatula mix with melted butter until scrambled.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with a handful of leafy greens (spinach/kale).
