  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Handful of leafy greens
  • Salt and pepper to season


  • Melt butter on medium heat, crack the eggs into the pan, using a spatula mix with melted butter until scrambled.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with a handful of leafy greens (spinach/kale).
