Raw Chocolate Avocado Pudding
- 1 Medium avocado (skin and stone removed) flesh roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp Raw cacao
- 1/8 tsp Sea salt
- Stevia to taste
- Add all ingredients to a blender, starting slowly, gradually increasing the speed until all the mixture is thoroughly combined and resembles a smooth cream.
- Divide evenly between 2 serving glasses and chill for approx. 20-30 mins prior to serving.
- Garnish with fresh berries and a sprig of mint.
