The meal plans and recipes were prepared by Liza Brunnel and Maxine Wright, two Naturopaths with years of experience helping Australians complete the hCG protocol and improve their health.
This booklet was made in response to your requests for further nutritional guidance and clean eating options when you finish The hCG Diet Australia weight loss program and return to every day eating. The meal plans and recipes can be used at any time, consider them a blueprint for you to continue healthy, clean eating. The meals are simple to make, tasty of course and suitable for the whole family.
If you find yourself “looking for a snack”, we have detailed a good selection of healthy snacks for you to choose from. We have put together a 4-week eating plan. Each week you will find recipes for 6 Main Meals, some “Lunch in a Jar” and “Smoothie” options for lighter meals.
We propose you start on a Monday, allowing yourself time over the weekend to get prepared before day 1.
The Weekly Meal Plan is a guide only, so please feel free to switch the meals and snacks around to suit you and whatever you have happening in your week. One night a week is blank for you to utilise left-overs or perhaps a meal out.
If any of the meal choices don’t appeal to you, then pick another meal from a different week or simply go back and cook one of your favourite meals from Phase 3.
