Prawns & Asparagus Stir-fry
- 100 gm Prawns (shelled & deveined)
- 1-2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Bunch of asparagus
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger grated
- Add prawns, garlic, and ginger into a preheated fry pan.
- Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes (if needed add a small amount of water).
- While prawns cook, snap ends off asparagus and cut into 5cm pieces.
- Remove prawns from pan.
- Add asparagus to frying pan & stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then return prawns to the pan and heat for 1 minute.
