Prawns & Asparagus Stir-fry

  • 100 gm Prawns (shelled & deveined)
  • 1-2 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Bunch of asparagus
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger grated


  • Add prawns, garlic, and ginger into a preheated fry pan.
  • Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes (if needed add a small amount of water).
  • While prawns cook, snap ends off asparagus and cut into 5cm pieces.
  • Remove prawns from pan.
  • Add asparagus to frying pan & stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then return prawns to the pan and heat for 1 minute.
