Nutty Protein Balls

  • 6 tbsp Protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Almond meal
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Natural almond butter
  • Stevia to taste
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened cacao powder
  • Water


  • In a bowl, combine protein powder with the almond meal, stevia, and cacao powder, and mix until well combined.
  • Add coconut oil and almond butter in a saucepan over low heat until melted.
  • Stir the oil mixture thoroughly before adding to the dry mix until combined.
  • Check mixture and stir in a tablespoon of water at a time, until the mixture is to the right dough-like consistency.
  • Roll mixture into 12 evenly sized balls, place on a tray or plate.
  • Refrigerate or place in the freezer for an hour before eating.
