In a bowl, combine protein powder with the almond meal, stevia, and cacao powder, and mix until well combined.
Add coconut oil and almond butter in a saucepan over low heat until melted.
Stir the oil mixture thoroughly before adding to the dry mix until combined.
Check mixture and stir in a tablespoon of water at a time, until the mixture is to the right dough-like consistency.
Roll mixture into 12 evenly sized balls, place on a tray or plate.
Refrigerate or place in the freezer for an hour before eating.
