No Bun Beef Burgers
- 100 gm Minced beef
- 1/4 Brown onion, finely chopped
- 1 Clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp Mixed herbs thyme, rosemary
- 1 tbsp Coconut flour
- 1 Egg yolk
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Lettuce, tomato and cucumber for serving
- Mix all ingredients (except the Olive Oil) together to form a beef Pattie.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes
- Place olive oil into fry pan on a medium heat
- Add patties and cook until brown on both sides.
- Serve with lettuce, tomato, and sliced cucumber.
