Preheat oven to 180⁰ C
In a small bowl whisk together the miso paste, liquid aminos, apple cider vinegar, ginger, allspice with 1 tablespoon of water.
Place fish fillets in a shallow baking pan rubbed lightly with Olive oil.
Spoon miso mixture evenly over fish portions.
Bake or grill fish portions for 8-10 minutes, basting an extra 2-3 times with the miso mixture until fish flakes with a fork, be mindful to not overcook.
Remove and place onto a serving plate.
Serve with steamed greens (beans, broccoli, snow peas, bok choy) drizzle with sesame oil and tamari.
