Mexican Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 Medium red tomatoes
- 1 Chilli
- Salt, coriander, onion, thyme, oregano all to taste
Instructions
- Boil tomatoes and chilli, when tomatoes are soft, peel skin off.
- Put tomatoes and chilli in blender with plenty of water, salt, and vary flavour using garlic, coriander, thyme, and oregano.
