  • 4 Medium red tomatoes
  • 1 Chilli
  • Salt, coriander, onion, thyme, oregano all to taste


  • Boil tomatoes and chilli, when tomatoes are soft, peel skin off.
  • Put tomatoes and chilli in blender with plenty of water, salt, and vary flavour using garlic, coriander, thyme, and oregano.
