Meaty Tomato Soup
- 100 gm Prawns, fish, chicken, or beef
- 1 cup Organic tomatoes or cup of roasted tomatoes with small garnish of sliced chilli
- 1 small can of tomato paste (must be sugar free)
- Stevia to taste
- 1 Garlic clove crushed
- Fresh lemon juice if you like a sour taste to your meals
- Herbs and spices to taste (coriander, basil, oregano, cumin -whatever you prefer)
- Bragg’s 23 spices to taste
- Place all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
- Cook it for as little as 5 minutes up to an hour on med/low heat for a richer flavour.
