  • 100 gm Prawns, fish, chicken, or beef
  • 1 cup Organic tomatoes or cup of roasted tomatoes with small garnish of sliced chilli
  • 1 small can of tomato paste (must be sugar free)
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1 Garlic clove crushed
  • Fresh lemon juice if you like a sour taste to your meals
  • Herbs and spices to taste (coriander, basil, oregano, cumin -whatever you prefer)
  • Bragg’s 23 spices to taste


  • Place all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
  • Cook it for as little as 5 minutes up to an hour on med/low heat for a richer flavour.
