  • 250 ml Boiling water
  • 2 Thin slices of fresh ginger (more if you prefer stronger taste)
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice


  • Add all ingredients to a cup or mug and infuse 2-5 minutes.


Make a larger quantity, cool and serve as a refreshing drink with ice cubs. You can substitute ginger with slices of fresh turmeric or lemongrass.
