Herbed Chicken Breast
- 100 gm chicken
- 2 tbsp minced shallots
- 1 tsp rosemary chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- In a zip lock bag combine the shallots, rosemary, thyme & garlic.
- Add chicken breast and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Remove chicken from the bag and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then coat chicken with the herb mixture.
- Heat a non-stick skillet pan over medium-high heat, add chicken and cook until done. You can add a dab of water to stop the chicken from sticking.
