  • 100 gm chicken
  • 2 tbsp minced shallots
  • 1 tsp rosemary chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  • In a zip lock bag combine the shallots, rosemary, thyme & garlic.
  • Add chicken breast and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Remove chicken from the bag and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then coat chicken with the herb mixture.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet pan over medium-high heat, add chicken and cook until done. You can add a dab of water to stop the chicken from sticking.
  • Serve.
