Are the hCG drops safe?

They are extremely safe. Women produce in excess of 1000,000 IU per day of hCG during pregnancy. There are no reports of adverse effects even at these levels on the mother or foetus, just the opposite actually. Our product is a BioEnergetic imprint of hCG so that there is no measurable quantities to be found in the formula. It is our observation that many of our clients experience unexpected positive outcomes including improvement in mood, relief of chronic joint pain and relief of many other chronic inflammatory symptoms.

 

Wouldn’t I lose the same amount of weight eating a low calorie diet without the “Weight Loss Success” hCG drops?

While it is plausibly true that weight loss with just a simple calorie restriction would be similar to the weight lost with the hCG Diet Australia drops system, the following points should be noted:

The “Weight Loss Success” hCG drops provides relief from hunger and clients are comfortable, with generally improved sense of well-being and mood.

Fat is diminished from the most commonly desired areas of the body such as hips, thighs, buttocks and belly.

Important structural fats are spared while abnormal fat areas are targeted generating improved body contours and transforming inches.

The Weight Loss Success diet is designed to maintain weight loss over the longer term and adjust addictive patterns.

Normal calorie intake is resumed immediately the low calorie phase concludes.

 

Will I lose exactly one kilo every day while on the the hCG Diet Australia program?

No, the weight loss rate is rarely a consistent trajectory. There will potentially be short stalls due to errors, lapses in consistency, lack of sleep, exercise, sunburn, or while other restorative actions occur. Most of our clients on the 23-day program average 250 to 300 gram t loss each day with  an overall weight loss varying between 5 and 8 kilograms. Some experience a plateau, however clients usually notice quick weight loss after a plateau.

 

Can I complete the hCG Diet Australia if I am nursing a baby?

No, when you are nursing, your fats are needed for milk production.

 

What makeup can I use during the hCG Diet Australia?

Use makeup that contains absolutely no fats, oils, and fatty bases.

 

I’ve cheated and my weight loss appears to have stalled. What do I do now?

Cheating always has a price! Depending on how much you strayed from the discipline, it may take a few days for weight loss to return. Just stay with the program and your weight loss will kick back in.

 

I don’t like skipping breakfast. Can I switch one of my meals to breakfast and skip a meal later in the day?

While it is preferable to follow the protocol as prescribed by Dr Simeons, most of our customers also like to eat breakfast. We recommend you take some of your calories such as two rice cakes with thin slices of tomato and eat that for breakfast. However it is important that you don’t increase your overall caloric intake above 500 calories. Spreading them to suit your lifestyle requirements is OK

 

Is it okay to exercise during the hCG Diet Australia?

It is acceptable to do light exercise during Phase 2 such as walking or swimming, and advisable to do slightly more strenuous exercise during Phase 3. Strenuous exercise during phase 2 adds stress to the body and can be counterproductive. You won’t lose more weight and may stall progress.

 

What happens if I get my period during the drops phase of the hCG Diet Australia?

Medically based clinics have opposing guidelines, but for most women it is comfortable to stop the drops during menstruation and continue with the 500 calorie diet until the period finishes. Your body produces some hCG during menses, maintaining appetite control. Start the hCG drops again at the end of your period and simply add the amount of days you stopped the hCG drops onto the overall length of the program. This issue is discussed more fully in the information pack. Some women do note increased hunger during menses without the drops. This is a useful reason to continue the hCG drops if that were to be the case. We have not observed any concerns with this adjustment in the system.

 

When is the best time to start the hCG Diet Australia?

The system sits snugly in between the normal menses of women. So for females, the best time to start is on the first day that your period finishes, thus avoiding interruptions. Men need plan to avoid heavy social periods, or times where it may be challenging to maintain the exacting control over calorie intake.

 

If I want to do another course of the hCG Diet Australia, how long do I have to wait to start again?

Whether you have completed the full 6 week or 12 week system, or any length in between, including the relevant maintenance phases, then you can start another course straight away.

 

Can I drink alcohol during the hCG Diet Australia?

Alcohol is a definite NO during Phase 2 of the program.

 

I’m at day 23 of Phase 2 and am doing so well that I want to continue. Can I?

This is a very common occurrence. Yes, if you wish to continue your program for up to 40 days then simply maintain the 500 calorie diet and the hCG dietary drops for the desired number of days.

 

Can I do more than 23 days but less than 40 days on Phase 2 of the hCG Diet Australia program?

Absolutely you can.

 

Can I continue to go to the beach and work on my tan while I am working my way through the hCG Diet Australia?

Yes definitely, but it is important you do not burn. Avoid the use of oil based tanning lotions or other oils of any kind, as they will disrupt your fat burning process.
