Ingredients

  • 100 gm fresh prawns
  • 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tbs fresh chopped chives/spring onions
  • 2 tsp tarragon
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • 2 tsp seasoning of your choice
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 3 pinch mustard powder

Instructions

  • Gently combine everything until prawns are well coated.
  • Grill on low for about 8 minutes
  • Serve with your vegetable of choice.
