- 100 gm fresh prawns
- 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
- 1 tbs fresh chopped chives/spring onions
- 2 tsp tarragon
- 2 tsp parsley
- 2 tsp seasoning of your choice
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 3 pinch mustard powder
- Gently combine everything until prawns are well coated.
- Grill on low for about 8 minutes
- Serve with your vegetable of choice.
