Ingredients

  • 1 scoop high protein powder
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of fresh or frozen berries
  • 200 ml pure water
  • 1 dessertspoon of psyllium fibre
  • Ice (optional)

Method

Best to choose any berries you love – raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, mulberries or a mix. Berries are all low GI so are excellent for your weight loss challenge.  Combine ingredients and blend.

Drink immediately.
