- 1 scoop high protein powder
- 2 heaped tablespoons of fresh or frozen berries
- 200 ml pure water
- 1 dessertspoon of psyllium fibre
- Ice (optional)
Best to choose any berries you love – raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, mulberries or a mix. Berries are all low GI so are excellent for your weight loss challenge. Combine ingredients and blend.
