  • 100 gm Chicken
  • 2 cups Chicken stock
  • 1 Clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/s White onion, diced
  • 2-3 tsp Curry powder
  • Ground white pepper (to taste), salt (optional)


  • Sauté the chicken with the onion, garlic, and lemon juice in a non-stick pan until cooked.
  • Remove, cool slightly, and shred chicken. Add chicken stock to the pan along with all other ingredients, plus the shredded chicken, and cook until heated through.
