Chicken, Pear Walnut and Feta Salad

- 2 Cups Salad Greens Rocket, Kale, Baby Spinach
- 2 Sticks Celery Slices
- 1/2 Red onion Finely Sliced
- 1/2 Small Pear Cored and finely sliced
- 1/4 Cup Walnuts
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Good quality balsamic vinegar
- 50 gm Feta Cheese Crumbled
- 100 gm Chicken breast Cooked and shredded
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Place salad greens, celery, onion, pear & walnuts in a serving bowl.
Add olive oil & Balsamic & toss together to combine.
Divide between two plates & sprinkle feta cheese over the top.
Add chicken & season with salt & pepper to taste.
