Cabbage Rolls (Vegetarian)
- 60 gms Tempeh, cubed
- Pinch of onion powder
- Pinch of garlic powder
- 1 tsp Massell vegetable stock powder
- Cabbage Leaves
- Pre-heat oven to 180° C. (160°c fan forced)
- Blanch cabbage leaves.
- In a non-stick pan, brown Tempeh with seasonings.
- Spoon Tempeh mixture into cabbage leaves, tuck in ends, and roll-up.
- Place rolls into a casserole dish and add stock powder (Dissolve 1 tsp of stock powder in 50 ml of water)
- Pour over rolls and bake for 20 minutes.
