Cabbage Rolls (Vegetarian)

  • 60 gms Tempeh, cubed
  • Garlic
  • Pinch of onion powder
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Massell vegetable stock powder
  • Cabbage Leaves


  • Pre-heat oven to 180° C. (160°c fan forced)
  • Blanch cabbage leaves.
  • In a non-stick pan, brown Tempeh with seasonings.
  • Spoon Tempeh mixture into cabbage leaves, tuck in ends, and roll-up.
  • Place rolls into a casserole dish and add stock powder (Dissolve 1 tsp of stock powder in 50 ml of water)
  • Pour over rolls and bake for 20 minutes.
