Bulletproof Coffee
Ingredients
- 200-300 ml Black Coffee (filter, plunger or espresso machine)
- 1 tbsp Unsalted grass-fed butter or ghee
- 1 tbsp MCT or Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Make coffee as usual.
- Combine hot coffee and the rest of the ingredients in a blender (or with a stick blender), until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into your coffee cup and you’re ready to drink.
Notes
Taking MCT oil for the first time may affect bowel tolerance, if you have not had a bulletproof coffee before, then halve the amount of MCT oil and butter.
