  • 1 Scoop protein powder
  • 2 Heaped tbsp of fresh or frozen berries
  • 200 ml Pure water
  • 1 tsp Psyllium fiber
  • Ice (optional)


  • Choose any berries that you love, it can be raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, mulberries, or a mix.
  • Berries are low GI, therefore, are excellent for weight
  • Combine ingredients and blend, drink immediately.
