Berry Breakfast Shake
Ingredients
- 1 Scoop protein powder
- 2 Heaped tbsp of fresh or frozen berries
- 200 ml Pure water
- 1 tsp Psyllium fiber
- Ice (optional)
Instructions
- Choose any berries that you love, it can be raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, mulberries, or a mix.
- Berries are low GI, therefore, are excellent for weightmanagement.
- Combine ingredients and blend, drink immediately.
