- 100 gm lean minced beef
- lettuce leaves
- 1 tbsp finely minced onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- dash garlic powder, onion powder and dried oregano
- fresh coriander chopped (to taste)
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- salt and black pepper to taste
- Brown beef, add onion, garlic and spices, simmer gently for 5-10 minutes.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve taco stuffed in butter or romaine lettuce leaf as mock tortillas, or with side of tomato salsa.
