  • 100 gm lean minced beef
  • lettuce leaves
  • 1 tbsp finely minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • dash garlic powder, onion powder and dried oregano
  • fresh coriander chopped (to taste)
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • salt and black pepper to taste


  • Brown beef, add onion, garlic and spices, simmer gently for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Serve taco stuffed in butter or romaine lettuce leaf as mock tortillas, or with side of tomato salsa.
  • Serve.
