Beef Rissole and Tomato
- 100 gm Lean minced beef (or minced veal)
- 1/4 tsp Onion flakes
- Dash of salt and pepper
- 1 Plain grissini stick, finely crushed
- 1/4 tsp Allspice
- 1 Serve of ripe tomatoes
- In a bowl, mix meat and seasonings.
- Shape into a rissole and grill to your liking.
- Serve topped with fresh tomato.
