Beef Rissole and Tomato

  • 100 gm Lean minced beef (or minced veal)
  • 1/4 tsp Onion flakes
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • 1 Plain grissini stick, finely crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1 Serve of ripe tomatoes


  • In a bowl, mix meat and seasonings.
  • Shape into a rissole and grill to your liking.
  • Serve topped with fresh tomato.
