- 1 Egg
- 1 Banana
- Coconut oil or butter for frying
- 100 gm Fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp Natural yogurt
- Whisk eggs together, add banana and mash, mixing in with the eggs to form a batter.
- Heat oil or butter in a frying pan on a medium heat and pour the batter into the melted butter or heated oil.
- Cook the pancake through before flipping, this makes the mixture much easier to flip, after flipping let brown and cook through.
- Serve with fresh strawberries, maple syrup, yoghurt.
